Revlon Soft On The Eyes Pallete

Im going to kinda review these shadows. I like the colors alot but they are extrmemly powdery and hard to get the perfect amount. Without a base i find that these do not stay on if you just rub a bit. Even with a base the color does not stay. i think these are somewhere around 12.00. I will not be buying these again.

The packaging i really dont like heres a picture of it.

As you can see to get to the shadows you have to stick the brush in the hole. Its very big too.
